Rachel Root is a Monroe High School alum and a former Div 1 collegiate athlete (Illinois State University). Rachel has guided the MNG Swim program to consistently being one of the most competitive teams in the Badger Conference, and a program that sends multiple swimmers to state each season. In 2023, Rachel began working in the New Glarus School District as a Speech & Language Pathologist.
